'Rhiaan In Sand' by Ben

Tuesday.

Lately I've been listening to some music from these guys...

& pretty exciting to see that in one of my regular magazine buys 'Dazed & Confused', The Middle East got a tiny plug for "Sydney To Newcastle" & did I mention it's a UK mag, golly gosh!

Thursday.

Z-BOYZZZZ.

Bike wine rack?!

Cool specs.

Wouldn't like to try & find the right meditation in an emergency...

Whiskey stones - rather using ice that melts & ruins your drink, use these cubes cut from soapstone, yeeeeaahh.

Detox Fail

Haahaah - first & only update on my detox...

I have quit.

Last night I had a migraine/huge headache/sick/gross/eww, I think I'll just try harder to exercise instead.

Shift

So tonight I'm starting a detox.

I got all these herbs mixed for me for a detox tea which I have twice a day & obviously need to cut out all processed foods, coffee, meat, etc...
The lady said I should notice a change straight away & I'll start getting headaches & sore muscles, pretty much like I've got the flu, but it should get better... Should haha.
I can't take panadol for the headaches but should drink heaps of juice instead - high in vitamin c to be exact, & that should help to not feel so crappy.
I'm going to do a rough track on this thing to see how I feel day to day - it's only a 10 day detox, but hopefully I notice a good change.

The Man...

One of best friends, Josh aka Rallings, rang me tonight from Melbourne. We haven't seen in other in some time & I'm super slack at returning his calls. So as he missed me this morning, he took it upon himself to call me back tonight so we'd actually get to talk.
We had a great old chat about anything & everything & he read me a book by his step sister in law (I think that would be the correct title, these things confuse me) called 'THE MAN, THE WELL. (AND HOW HE FELL)'... I thoroughly enjoyed it. I especially enjoyed it because Rallings was reading it pretty shitty & kept stuffing up words & wasn't pronouncing easy words correctly, it was a right laugh & he pardoned himself with this sentence...

"Sorry, I've been drinking wine."

That's all this entry is about. Had to hear it for it to be any funny I suppose. But it was great, in all his seriousness with really trying hard to read to me, pardoned himself with that piece of brilliance.
